For me, that means helping you move more comfortably, manage pain, and get back to the things you love. Whether discomfort is keeping you from enjoying a walk, turning your head freely, or getting through your workday, I approach our time together with those everyday challenges in mind.

I’m certified in Medical Massage and have practiced reflexology since 2006, when I earned my massage certificate from Horry-Georgetown Technical College. I continued my education at HGTC, graduating in Health Science in 2014.

My specialties include hip restriction, low back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, and therapy following surgery. My sessions are focused and therapeutic, with targeted work to support pain relief and improved range of motion. If you’re looking for purposeful bodywork to address a specific concern, my approach may be a good fit.
