Depending on the goal of your session, you will either lie down on our soft tables, on top of a mat, or have the RLT Arch placed over the treatment area. The soothing warmth will envelop your body, providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Each session lasts between 20 to 40 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences.​
